Oppo will be launching the Reno10 series with a new camera design, as seen in renders earlier this month. The series is now appearing in online video ads, confirming the oval island.

According to the short clip, the release date is May 24th. Meanwhile, the video has been taken down, but not before a crucial frame was captured.

Meanwhile, quoted from Digital Chat Station, it was revealed that the Oppo Reno10 and Oppo Reno10 Pro will present a portrait camera with 2x optical zoom and a lightweight body.

The Oppo Reno10 is said to have a 6.7-inch screen with 1080p resolution and curved sides, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a 32 MP selfie camera with an IMX709 sensor in the punch hole. The back will sport a 64 MP main camera with an Omnivision OV64B sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide unit with a Sony IMX355 imager and a 32 MP IMX709 portrait shooter.

The vanilla version will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G chipset with 12GB of RAM. The battery will have a capacity of 4,600 mAh and support 80W charging. The phone will weigh 180 grams and will be only 7.58mm thickness.

The Reno10 Pro will offer the Dimensity 8200 chipset, MariSilicon X NPU, and 100W SuperVOOC charging for the 4,600 mAh battery. The body again displays a slim profile of 7.68 mm and weighs 186 grams.
